In-Store Pickup Instructions

If you make a purchase through Amazon or Ebay and would like to pick your item up in our Salt Lake City store, please do the following:
1. After making a purchase, send an email to the appropriate customer service notifying them that you would like to pick up your item (amazon@npsstore.com for Amazon purchases and ebay@npsstore.com for Ebay purchases). Please allow 24 hours from the time the transaction is completed to pickup the order. Amazon orders will have their shipping costs refunded through Amazon. You will receive an email notifying you or the partial refund made to your credit card. Ebay shipping can be deducted from the sales total before the final charge has been issued. Please contact customer service at ebay@npsstore.com for more details.
2. All pickups are to be made at The NPS Store in Salt Lake City, UT.
